Responsibilities

• Plan layout of warehouse and storage areas considering turnover, size, weight, and item characteristics.
• Advise staff on care, storage, handling, and shipping of inventory; ensure equipment use safety and efficiency.
• Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow to meet deadlines.
• Assign duties and inspect work for accuracy, neatness, and policy conformance.
• Maintain harmony among workers and resolve issues; enforce safety regulations.
