Job Title: Sanitation/Production Supervisor - Second Shift/Third Shift

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute all activities required to clean and sanitize the facility.
2. Develop and document sanitation programs and processes.
3. Supervise and direct sanitation employees to ensure safe and efficient operations.
4. Collaborate with vendors to determine effective chemical systems.
5. Ensure proper use and storage of chemicals according to policy.
6. Maintain chemical inventories and ensure SDS are accurate and accessible.
7. Oversee accurate completion of departmental records.
8. Train employees to perform their jobs effectively.
9. Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and alignment with company goals.
10. Take on second shift Production Supervisor responsibilities when needed.
11. Develop and implement daily sanitation and production plans.
12. Coordinate activities with other departments for receipt and storage of supplies.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
• Basic understanding of measuring tools and equipment.
• Proficient in computer use, math, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.
• Ability to review and sign off on process and plant records.
• Quick decision-making skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork and effective communication with supervisors and staff.
• Familiarity with sanitation chemicals and procedures.
• Knowledge of raw product preparation, packaging, and thermal processes.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
