Working Time: 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Academic Lead NAPLAN Curriculum to take ownership of academic planning, content development, and instructional leadership for our Australian curriculum-based programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NAPLAN framework, a background in education or curriculum design, and the ability to mentor tutors and track student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• l Develop and implement academic policies, curriculum frameworks, and instructional strategies.
• l Lead the development and delivery of tailored tutoring programs to meet the specific requirements of NAPLAN, IGCSE, and CBSE curricula; familiarity with IB is preferred.
• l Ensure all academic programs adhere to the educational standards and compliance requirements of Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East countries and the US.
• l Develop and oversee the tutor training program, ensuring tutors have the necessary skills and content knowledge.
• l Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and certification programs for tutors.
• l Implement a structured process to evaluate session quality and tutor performance, providing constructive feedback and targeted improvement plans.
• l Monitor student progress and academic performance through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• l Ensure strong student retention and high demo conversion rate by monitoring student engagement, learning outcomes, and tutor effectiveness.
• l Act as the primary point of contact for academic-related queries from parents and students.
• l Engage with parents to understand their child's learning needs and provide tailored solutions.
• l Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent academic quality and timely resolution of concerns.

Education & Experience:

• l Masters degree or higher in Education, Academic Administration, or a related field.
• l Minimum 2 years of academic or teaching experience, with at least 2+ years in NAPLAN-or Australian curriculum.
• l Strong familiarity with NAPLAN test formats, assessment techniques, and skill benchmarks.
• l Prior experience in tutoring, curriculum planning, or working with EdTech platforms preferred.
• l Leadership experience in training or managing academic teams is a plus.

• l Ability to mentor and lead academic staff.
