Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. in Lansing, Michigan, is seeking a Second Shift Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Shift is Monday-Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. You will coordinate repairs, document and diagnose necessary work, liaise with customers and insurers, and ensure timely invoicing while upholding our commitment to value and reliability.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows. Must possess demonstrated skills in computer-generated business systems.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL required, or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Process all shop repair orders by scheduling & assigning work to shop Associates.
• Document and diagnose necessary repairs by taking photographs.
• Work closely with communication with customers and insurance companies to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to repair work.
• Monitor job schedules to ensure timeliness of repairs and job pricing.
• Complete invoicing and collecting procedures in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business
