Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations required.
• Experience in manufacturing safety preferred.
• Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field preferred.
• Ability to deliver employee safety training and presentations.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety audits and inspections of production and maintenance activities.
• Audit and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Document safety observations, hazards, and corrective actions; coordinate with supervisors to close gaps.
• Assist with new-hire safety orientation, onboarding, and refresher training.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses with root-cause analysis.
