Job summary

Price Industries in Suwanee, GA is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support health and safety compliance during 2nd shift operations. You will administer safety programs, conduct employee training, manage OSHA logs and incident investigations, and drive risk assessments to protect workers and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role collaborates with plant leadership to maintain a safe workplace and respond to inspections, with emphasis on prevention and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years in EHS in manufacturing, preferably sheet metal/HVAC.
• Familiar with Federal & State OSHA regs; Behavioral Based Safety experience.
• First Aid and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and health vision of Price Industries, Inc.
• Manage Workers’ Compensation claims by investigating incidents and reporting to the carrier
• Lead the plant’s Safety Committee and promote safety awareness
• Maintain safety checks and authorize PPE and equipment safety assessments
• Inspect machinery, electrical systems, guards, lighting and safety devices
• Schedule annual audiometric testing and maintain records
• Prepare for OSHA inspections and coordinate safety communications
• Order and maintain medical supplies and ensure compliance
