Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Residential Re-Entry Supervisor for the Drapelick Center in Bloomfield, CT.

The role focuses on client supervision, program operations, and trauma-aware service delivery to support successful community re-entry. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a social science field with two years of related experience or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with community agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science field with two years' experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
• Education may be substituted with experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and collaborate with community agencies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and monitoring of Residential Re-Entry Specialist and coverage staff, including safety and security responsibilities and shift activities.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and evaluation of direct care staff; including orientation and coverage training.
• Ensure staff comply with training requirements set forth by the Agency and funding sources.
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback to the program director.
• Review documentation for content, timeliness, and quality.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance/quality assurance plan to assure policy compliance.
• Maintain inspection-ready status at facility level.
