Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science field; 2 years’ experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
• Education may be substituted with experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and monitoring of Residential Re-Entry Specialist, coverage staff and shift activities related to client supervision, security, emergencies, maintenance and sanitation.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and evaluation of direct care staff including orientation and coverage training.
• Ensure staff compliance with training requirements set by the Agency and funding sources.
• Review required documentation for content, timeliness, and quality; maintain inspection-ready status.
