Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) seeks a 2nd Shift Residential Re-Entry Supervisor at the Drapelick Center in Bloomfield, CT. You will provide client supervision, ensure safety and security, and support program operations in an adult residential re-entry facility.

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 3pm–11pm. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a social science field and at least two years in social services or criminal justice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a social science field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in social services or criminal justice preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and monitoring of residential staff and shift activities.
• Maintain program documentation for content, timeliness, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ACA standards, and contract requirements.
