Eaton’s GEIS division is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at the Syracuse, NY headquarters. This onsite role leads a work group, drives safety, quality, and on‑time delivery, and coaches staff on lean practices.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s in operations or engineering and multiple years of manufacturing leadership, with SAP and MS Office experience. Relocation is not offered, and candidates reside within 50 miles of Syracuse.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Daily Team stand‑up meetings with department personnel.
• Represent the company when interacting with production employees on the shop floor.
• Drive and implement safety policies and programs, meet operating budgets, and coach employees.
