Responsibilities

• Provide training and leadership to direct reports through attitude, action and communication.
• Organize and assign work tasks to meet production goals and schedule.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and budget constraints.
• Interface with Engineering to troubleshoot design challenges and process issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and provide performance feedback.
