Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical/mechanical manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associates/trade degree a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to building a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and leadership to direct reports.
• Organize and assign work to meet production goals.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Meet production schedule within assigned budget.
• Interface with Engineering to troubleshoot design challenges.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Provide performance feedback and reviews for all assigned personnel.
• Support Engineering and QA in process control activities.
