Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in CNC machining processes, equipment operation, and programming.
• Experience in managing or coaching a team in production.
• Ability to lead, motivate, delegate, and guide the team.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable to business needs.
• Strong communication skills to convey information and provide instruction.
• Knowledge of ERP system; visual literacy preferred.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees.
• Identifies areas for improvement and enhances efficiency.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety culture and wear PPE when required.
• Set up machines and equipment and perform direct labor as needed.
• Plan and coordinate production activities and establish priorities.
• Develop and maintain organization through hiring, performance management, training, and motivation.
• Direct supervision of payroll, overtime, and PTO.
• Develop and implement operating methods to eliminate problems and improve quality.
• Revise production schedules to meet customer needs.
• Monitor quality control and take corrective action.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Respond to incidents promptly and report to management.
• Follow 6S procedures and keep area clean.
