Job summary

Cogmedix in West Boylston, MA, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the second shift to lead a manufacturing team, organize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery. You will train staff, interpret blueprints, work with Engineering to resolve design issues, maintain safety and quality standards, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong EM/M electrical background and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical/mechanical manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong teamwork, communication and decision making.
• Ability to manage changing and multiple priorities.
• Interest and ability to develop a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and leadership to direct reports through attitude, action, and superior communication.
• Organize and assign work tasks to meet production goals.
• Insure products meet designed quality specifications and achieve quality goals.
• Meet production schedule within assigned budget.
• Interface with Engineering to troubleshoot design challenges.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment.
• Provide performance feedback and reviews for all assigned personnel.
• Provide support to Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality through process control activities and testing.
