Myers EPS is seeking a Supervisor for the 2nd shift Production in Bethlehem, PA. The role oversees daily manufacturing operations, drives efficiency and safety, and leads the 2nd shift teams to meet production targets and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with procedures and OSHA requirements. Applicants should have technical lead experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or trade school.
• 3–5 years as a technical lead in assembly and wiring.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing ERP systems.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends.
• Knowledge of electronic components and their ratings.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations for 2nd shift.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate production schedules and prioritize work with Planning.
• Investigate and resolve delays, equipment issues, and disruptions.
• Coach employees to maximize performance and engagement.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate targets, safety updates, and priorities.
• Train new employees and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Report attendance, performance, and employee relations issues.
