Job summary

Eaton’s Power Components Division in Beaver, PA seeks a Production Supervisor on 2nd shift to lead safety-focused manufacturing operations. The role oversees manpower, coaching, and 5S standards to meet productivity goals. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates within the United States.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with relevant manufacturing experience and at least 1 year in supervision. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in manufacturing/operations or Associate’s with at least 5 years in manufacturing/operations.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/management experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration employment.
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safety-first environment and promote safety programs to prevent incidents.
• Oversee manpower allocation, ensure safety compliance, maintain 5S+ standards and productivity.
• Address safety concerns and take corrective actions; report issues promptly and collaborate with relevant personnel.
• Train, upgrade, and evaluate operators, with ongoing coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to labor contracts; apply fair disciplinary measures as needed.
• Keep accurate attendance, performance and departmental records; maintain timecards for payroll.
