Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience coaching and developing a team of 20–30 production floor associates.

• Effective communicator with interpersonal skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production lines to meet targeted metrics.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives on the floor.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance; lead by example.
• Track and share key metrics daily with the team.
• Provide mechanical support as necessary within skill set.
