The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of supervision in electronics or contract manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to developing people.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage conflict tactfully and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail regarding product quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in production.
• Experience leading teams in electronics/contract manufacturing.
