Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial electronics maintenance, automation, or controls.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics or control systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, developing, or directing others.
• Ability to prioritize work and deploy resources in an active production environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with Production and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of electronics technicians, including one lead technician.
• Set daily priorities and manage workloads across breakdowns, preventive maintenance, backlog, and planned work.
• Partner with Production and Operations to communicate priorities and resolve equipment issues.
• Provide technical leadership during troubleshooting and guide technicians through problems.
• Drive improvement in preventive maintenance completion and overall equipment reliability.
• Take ownership of second-shift execution and adjust resources as production conditions change.
• Reinforce safe work practices and compliance with electrical, regulatory, and food-safety requirements.
