Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking a full-time team member for a 2nd shift in a food manufacturing setting in Oklahoma. The role involves unpacking raw materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods.

Employees ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulations, inspect products, and report issues promptly. The position offers advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 0–1 years of experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Able to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Willing to work rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; discard or fix products as needed and record waste.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Work in compliance with USDA, OSHA, GMPs and safety regulations.
