CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time production role in Salina, Kansas. You will set up and pre-run equipment, control line speeds, batch formulas, and ensure product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing/walking on concrete floors for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and pre-running equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Controlling line speeds, batch formula, production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product appearance and safety.
• Completing various quality checks.
• Completing all required paperwork (downtime, HACCP, etc.) using SAP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
