CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time role in a food manufacturing setting with opportunities for advancement. The job involves unpacking materials, mixing, and packing products while ensuring quality standards are met. You will participate in compliance with GMPs, safety regulations, and government guidelines.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a tolerance for lifting up to 50 lbs. It includes evening shifts with overtime as needed and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste as directed; fix or discard as needed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient problems and equipment breakdowns.
• Comply with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations including GMPs and safety rules.
