Job summary

CJ Schwan's is seeking a production teammate for our food manufacturing facility in Texas, working 2nd shift from 5:00 pm to 3:30 am. You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products and package finished goods while ensuring quality standards are met.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand on concrete floors, and adapt to rotating schedules including weekends. We offer weekly pay, PTO, holidays, health/vision plans, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; write down waste amounts as directed and take corrective action for waste.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, GMPs and safety regulations.
