Job summary

Schwan's Company in Oklahoma is hiring for a full-time production worker on the second shift. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Shift is 2nd, hours 4:15 PM – 1:45 AM, and the role includes unpacking raw materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods in a food manufacturing setting. You will ensure products meet quality standards, inspect and address waste, and report issues per GMPs and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete.
• Strong manual dexterity; repetitive hand/arm motions.
• Adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; discard or fix as directed; record waste details.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues or equipment problems.
• Work in compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and applicable policies.
