Job summary

CJ Schwan's is seeking a 2nd shift team member for our food manufacturing facility in Oklahoma. You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods while maintaining strict quality standards.

You will inspect products, document waste, and notify supervisors of any quality or equipment issues. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0–1 years experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong manual dexterity and repetitive hand motions.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste; notify supervisor of issues.
• Report quality or material problems and equipment breakdowns.
• Follow USDA, OSHA, GMPs and safety regulations.
