Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Oklahoma is seeking a full-time production associate for a 2nd shift position. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for hours 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., and shift is 2nd with hours 5 p.m. – 5 a.m.

You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and adaptability to rotating weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throw out or fix products as necessary; record waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, including GMPs and safety rules.
