Qualifications

• 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience (Supervisor/ Superintendent level).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred, meat/protein processing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across safety, quality, production, labor, yield, and operational KPIs.
• Spend approximately 60% of your time on the production floor, actively coaching your team.
• Lead daily huddles, identify performance gaps, solve problems, and turn improvement opportunities into measurable results.
• Partner with Quality, Food Safety, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and other teams to improve overall performance.
• Anticipate operational challenges and drive sustainable improvements across the bacon operation.
