Qualifications

• Experience in directing employees and operating and diagnosing equipment.
• Ability to communicate with direct reports and management.
• Understanding of FDA guidelines and company policies.
• Physical requirements: standing 80% of time, lifting 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all packaging lines under the supervisor of the shift supervisor.
• Coordinate with management to maximize production efficiency.
• Enforce safety, break & lunch policies.
• Train operators and line staff to maintain high efficiency.
• Ensure packaging equipment is operational and quality guidelines followed.
• Document downtime and lost efficiency.
