Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to assemble products using a variety of tools and automated equipment in a climate-controlled facility where safety comes first.

You will be trained in all aspects of the role, read and follow visual and written instructions, and collaborate with your team to troubleshoot issues. Expect opportunities to cross-train across departments, boosting your earning potential and growth.

Qualifications

• English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow visual and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment; drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read instructions on screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments for variety and higher earnings.
