Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Production Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing for AI, cloud, and connected infrastructure products. You will set up production infrastructure, manage NPI, and oversee documentation from WO BOM to ECN/ECO control, ensuring smooth workflows and continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in engineering and at least five years in process engineering, with Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and set-up production infrastructure and production process flow set-up.
• Manage NPI introduction process and production documentation management to include: WO BOM Validation, Shop Floor Control System Routing.
• Update all applicable work instructions and control ECN/ECO documentation.
• Provide detailed status reports to internal core team managers and customers when applicable.
• Meet with production managers to ensure processes are followed and drive improvements.
• Perform risk assessments to improve efficiency and safety.
