Hyve Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production flow and lead the NPI process. You will validate BOMs, manage shop floor routing, and ensure accurate work instructions while training teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Established analytical and problem solving skills with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and 5S disciplines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and set-up production infrastructure and production process flow set-up.
• Manage NPI introduction process and production documentation management.
• WO BOM Validation and Shop Floor Control System Routing.
• Update all applicable work instructions and provide production training.
• Provide project detail status reports to internal core team managers and customers.
