Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead production infrastructure setup, NPI, and process documentation. You will compute task times, manage ECN, and train teams to drive efficiency.

In this fast-paced facility, you will collaborate with production managers, perform risk assessments, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering.
• Strong background in manufacturing processes, process improvement, and operational optimization.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and set-up production infrastructure and production process flow set-up.
• Manage NPI introduction process and production documentation management including WO BOM Validation, Shop Floor Control System, Routing, production flow diagrams, work instructions, pack-out instructions.
• Calculate task time and workforce requirements.
• Accountable for Change Order Management including ECN phase in/cut in, ECN/ECO documentation control, and manufacturing notices.
