Job summary

Omni Systems Co.,Ltd. is seeking a Rewind/Packer to set up and run production equipment, including Arpeco machines, and prepare finished products for shipment. You will inspect quality, label items, and ensure packaging accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role includes first shift hours, Monday to Friday, with an attendance incentive program and opportunities to contribute to a safe, organized work area. Previous packing/warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, safety guidelines, documentation, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and leadership when issues arise.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Arpeco and Rewind Table equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Stack and organize finished goods into appropriate containers in accordance with company standards.
• Perform visual and manual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards before packaging.
• Efficiently pack products into boxes, or other containers, ensuring they are securely wrapped and appropriately labeled for shipment.
• Identify and remove defective products to maintain quality standards.
• Transport completed packages for loading using approved power industrial equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of packed items, including quantities, product descriptions, and shipment details.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and filed correctly.
