Job summary

InfoSend, Inc. in Downers Grove, IL is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the second shift to lead print, mail, and warehouse activities on-site.

You will coordinate daily operations with management, schedule production to meet deadlines, and ensure safety and quality standards. The role requires 2–3 years in a mail/print environment, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2-3 years' experience in a mail print environment.
• Ability to balance safety, quality, productivity, and costs.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Ability to pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Print, Mail, Manual Fulfillment, and Warehouse operations.
• Schedule production to meet deadlines, maximize uptime and productivity, and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Manage postal activities, including metering, postal money downloads, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule staff, and partner with Management on training, cross-training, and development programs.
• Serve as an escalation point for equipment, material, and workflow issues, and lead team meetings on company updates and expectations.
• Manage equipment installations and short- and long-term projects, and oversee inventory of envelopes, inserts, and supplies.
• Perform job sign-offs with full accuracy, documenting defects and reporting performance trends and non-compliance to the Director of Operations.
• Work closely with functional departments and vendors to support operational needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
