Pitney Bowes Presort Services is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Reading, PA. You will lead production workers, ensure USPS compliance, and drive efficiency on the floor.

The role requires supervisory experience in mailroom/presort contexts, strong Excel/Access skills, and flexibility for shift and weekend work. Team collaboration and process improvement are key components of the position.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a USPS-related or similar environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a production or mailing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Access; working knowledge of Word, Teams, internet, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the production workers on designated shift.
• Supervisory duties include interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating performance; addressing complaints and discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with USPS and internal procedures and reports.
• Oversee quality throughout the production area and promote continuous improvement.
• Communicate clearly across shifts and assist with scheduling and workload balancing.
• Assist Operations Manager with required reports and regulatory compliance.
