Job summary

CSG Systems in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks an Operations Supervisor- Day Shift to oversee daily production workflows, monitor volumes and deadlines, and ensure OSHA compliance in a climate-controlled facility. You will coach a 20+ member team, track holds and mail-related instructions, and navigate a 12-hour rotating schedule (6 AM–6 PM) including some weekends and holidays.

Proficiency in Excel and English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production leadership experience in a supervisor or lead role.
• Experience in print and mail operations and a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to meet SLAs/OLAs and manage workloads under pressure.
• Proficient in English; able to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs.
• Demonstrated Excel proficiency and basic math for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Design Delivery Center Leader to manage daily work processes, volumes, and deadlines.
• Monitor department activity; identify inefficiencies and successes; document issues.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Track holds, reruns, respools, releases and other mail-related instructions for proper mailing.
• Coach and manage performance of a team of 20+ members.
