Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor (2nd Shift) in Reading, PA. You will lead production workers, manage staffing, and ensure USPS/regulatory compliance to meet deadlines.

Shift is Mon-Sat, 2:30PM–11:30PM EST, with a base salary around $60,000 and a 6% field bonus. Under direction from the Operations Manager, you will monitor mail flow, support productivity goals, and contribute to cost and quality reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience in areas with USPS requirements.
• Minimum of 2-years progressively responsible experience in production or mailing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Access; basic Word/Teams/Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production workers on designated shift.
• Interview, hire, train, and appraise performance; handle discipline and conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Oversee quality throughout the production area.
• Ensure Total Quality Management processes are followed.
• Assist in USPS and internal reports and job costing; apply USPS regulations.
• Communicate clearly between shifts.
• Suggest efficiency improvements for equipment and conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
