Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Career Readiness Certification (CRC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of hand tools and basic machine tools.
• Read and follow procedures, routings, and work instructions.
• Maintain quality standards with no defects.
• Build parts to meet deadlines while upholding safety and quality.
• Comply with quality systems and site training requirements.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in audits with clear communication.
• Rotate to different workstations as needed.
• Report progress to lead or supervisor; document issues.
• Stand for 8+ hours and work overtime as required.
• Follow EH&S policies and complete trainings.
