Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for the Circuit Card Manufacturing factory in Andover, MA. You will lead a 15-20 person team, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while driving continuous improvement projects using lean methods.

You will collaborate with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and program management, and oversee workforce planning, training, and daily operations to meet contractual requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
• Experience as a Manufacturing Leader.
• Ability to obtain Interim Confidential U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
