The position is onsite with a strong emphasis on workforce planning, training, and cost control in a fast-paced environment. Salary ranges from 86,800 to 165,200 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory/leadership and/or manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute schedule and cost targets for the shift.
• Plan workforce and forecast headcount needs.
• Hire and train employees for the production line.
• Track time and attendance across the team.
• Design area layout and manage flow of work.
• Identify and control overhead costs.
