Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a 4th shift Production Supervisor for the Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM) unit at the Andover facility. Hours are 6:00am–6:00pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with a 15–20 person operations team and emphasis on safety and on-time delivery.

You will lead scheduling, workforce planning, hiring and training, and area layout. The role requires a university degree or equivalent, 2+ years supervisory or manufacturing experience in aerospace/defense, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six sigma.
• Basic knowledge/understanding of theory of constraints.
• Previous experience supervising bargaining unit employees.
• Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma or other similar process improvement methodologies.
