Job summary

Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor on 2nd shift to lead a 15-20 person cell in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets while maintaining a safe workplace.

Daily interaction with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, and program management is required; strong cost, quality, and safety performance are essential and continuous improvement initiatives will be pursued.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
• Supervisory, Leadership and/or Manufacturing experience is required.
• U.S. Citizen - the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
