Raytheon Technologies' Circuit Card Manufacturing facility in Andover, MA is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for the Patriot product high-mix value stream. You will lead a team of 15–20 and ensure quality, cost and delivery targets while maintaining a safe work environment.

Requires university degree or equivalent with 2 years of leadership experience and the ability to obtain Interim Confidential U.S. government security clearance.

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in technical/operational roles.
• Experience as a Manufacturing Leader.
