• Coach, mentor, and coordinate direct reports; conduct daily team meetings to foster growth and engagement.
• Manage daily staffing, overtime, shift scheduling, absenteeism, and payroll/timekeeping approvals.
• Lead compliance with OSHA, policies, union agreements, environmental guidelines, and ergonomics.
• Perform daily quality checks, monitor metrics, and report trends to the Department Manager.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to identify waste and streamline workflows.
• Drive team accountability, resolve conflicts, and encourage employee-driven improvements.
