Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, ISO requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Plan production schedules, manage workflow bottlenecks, and requisition supplies to optimize efficiency.
• Train, coach, and develop employees on safety procedures (JSAs), quality standards, and best practices.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, LEAN manufacturing, scrap reduction, and productivity enhancements.
• Monitor and control production costs, reduce variances, and manage departmental budgets effectively.
• Conduct performance reviews, administer corrective actions, and participate in recruitment of production staff.
• Provide regular reporting on key metrics including productivity, quality, output, and safety performance.
• Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders and maintain a culture of accountability and excellence.

Lead and supervise production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing of company products while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can drive continuous improvement, develop team members, and deliver results in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Second Shift: This is a second shift position. Start time will vary according to operational demands. Typical start time is 4:00 PM, followed by a 9-hour shift.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to manage budgets and control cost of goods sold
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and respond to emergency situations
• Associate degree or 2 years of college education
