Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment required.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required; preferably within a poultry manufacturing facility.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals and assign work orders.
• Ensure completion of repairs and follow up on work orders.
• Perform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment.
• Provide mentorship, motivation, training and professional development to the team.
• Manage and oversee required paperwork and safety checks.
