Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for second shift in the Charlotte/Concord area. You will lead maintenance and housekeeping teams, supervise PMs, and act as the client liaison to ensure seamless facility operations and safety.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems, coordinate with the Facilities Manager, and maintain accurate CMMS records while prioritizing a zero-incident workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience overseeing maintenance and housekeeping teams.
• Experience using CMMS programs for maintenance management (Maximo preferred).
• Hands-on troubleshooting of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping activities on second shift.
• Serve as primary client contact during second shift operations.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, safety standards, and documentation are up to date.
