Job summary

GH Group, Inc. in Camarillo, CA, seeks a Second Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across greenhouse facilities, packaging areas, boiler rooms and grounds.

You will supervise daily maintenance tasks, plan shifts, ensure safety compliance, and drive preventive maintenance programs. The role requires strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, climate control systems, conveyor and equipment operation, and the ability to manage spare parts inventory while upholding food safety

Qualifications

• Must be well-versed in maintenance processes and health & safety regulations.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and climate control systems.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team and coordinating multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise & assist with leading the maintenance team.
• Assist in supervision and completion of new projects.
• Oversee maintenance tasks on all facility assets and manage inventory.
• Supervise safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Plan shifts to ensure emergency coverage and respond to issues.
• Maintain and enforce food safety, hygiene, and site policies.
