Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on 2nd shift in Pontiac, MI. You will lead a team of tradespeople, coordinate with OEMs, and drive preventive maintenance and TPM improvements to keep critical lab equipment running efficiently on-site.

The role requires hands-on maintenance with supervisory experience, strong HVAC and electrical knowledge, and solid communication skills. The position is full-time, on-site, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial facility environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing maintenance personnel in a represented worker environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Mechanical and Electrical Tradesmen within the UAW framework.
• Manage vendor relationships with OEMs and outside providers.
• Oversee work order management using Corrigo and Maximo; prioritize preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical control systems on critical lab equipment.
• Deliver rapid reporting for disruptions and coordinate shutdown planning.
• Support TPM initiatives and Continuous Improvement in maintenance metrics.
• Lead safety initiatives including pre-task safety planning and incident reporting.
