Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Cleveland, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance and repair of campus HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life-safety systems on a 2nd shift schedule. You will work closely with building operations to ensure reliable facilities and tenant safety.

This role requires strong diagnostic skills, the ability to read plans, and the endurance to work in a dynamic environment on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with piping/plumbing systems, mechanical systems, and boiler controls/operation.
• Must be proficient in 3-phase electrical systems.
• Must be able to troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment.
• Perform job functions with minimal supervision and in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair campus HVAC, utilities, plumbing, mechanical systems, and fire/life safety equipment.
• Oversee third‑party contractors when needed.
• Maintain water and steam systems, fire extinguishers, eyewashes, showers, sprinklers, and hydrants.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems including boilers and chillers.
• Use multi‑trade skills in plumbing, piping, and electrical work to complete tasks.
